SAMARITAN - March 2026

An evocative and powerful contemporary comedy drama to be staged in March 2026. We are thrilled to announce Wave 1 of the shows, will see the show touring around 6 churches/community spaces. The response has been amazing, and we now have another set of venues also interested in a second wave, later in to 2026. Do get in touch if your church/community space would be interested in hosting the show too.

Updating Jesus’ famous parable, SAMARITAN is written and performed by Simon Carter. It tells the heartbreaking true story of a friend loved and lost, the austerity-ravaged systems that let him down, and the breakthrough of hope and light in the midst of grief.

It’s about what it means to love our neighbour, and why our neighbour is everyone. There’ll be passion, politics and protest, and tables will be turned.

We now have 6 churches and community spaces across Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands who have committed to hosting the theatre show. Proceeds from ticket sales and audience donations will go to specified charities and ministries, including TNT, to support their ongoing work.
