Customer Services Administrator- Kingdom Bank

We are at an immensely exciting time in the Bank’s journey as we have started on a trajectory which will see us develop and grow over the next few years. Our passion is to be providing UK churches with financial services. In particular, we serve evangelical churches which stand for the lordship of Jesus Christ on the authority
of the Bible. The nature of this role is such that there is an Occupational Requirement for the successful applicant to be a committed Christian.

The Bank is a close-knit and hard-working team of 46 people . ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in our Account Management Team. You will be the ‘frontline’ of our Bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with communicating with different types of clients and on occasions be able to offer the Bank’s products and services. You will be organised and able to multitask with ease. Previous experience is not necessary but being familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including Word and Excel would be advantageous. One of your core duties will include processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Hours of Employment
35 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.00am and 5.30pm.
27 days paid holidays (excluding bank holidays), with the opportunity to purchase an additional five days’ holiday per annum.

Place of Employment
Role to be based at the Bank’s office: Media House, Padge Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2RS. Remote working arrangements by agreement in accordance with the Bank’s flexible working policy. There is an expectation of at least three office-based days per week for this role.

Remuneration Package
Salary, dependent on skills and experience, between £19,000 and £22,000. Salary sacrifice pension scheme: company matched contribution of up to 6%. Other benefits in accordance with the Bank’s People Policy on completion of probation, including travel loan scheme, electric vehicle salary sacrifice leasing scheme, payroll giving scheme and additional holiday purchase.

Occupational Requirement
This role has been assessed as carrying an Occupational Requirement for the
post holder to be a committed Christian.

Nottingham Community Volunteer Manager

The Community Volunteer Manager (CVM) is a key staff role within Safe Families. The role has two main responsibilities which dovetail perfectly together;

  1. Building strong relationships with local churches to help establish Safe Families as a transformational tool they can use to serve their communities.
  2. Recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, primarily, but not exclusively, from local churches, who provide support to referred families.

You will be part of a thriving, innovative team, dedicated to empowering churches and volunteers to make a real difference in their communities.

You would work as part of the Mid Central team which includes Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield & surrounding areas and you will need to be able to travel and work predominantly across Nottinghamshire.
