2018 was a great year for Transforming Notts Together!
Last year the work of Transforming Notts Together impacted over 7000 people and we supported more than 40 churches.
Whether it has been helping churches with holiday food clubs, coordinating networks in Nottingham and Mansfield or launching new Places of Welcome all over Nottinghamshire, this year has been full of amazing projects and incredible collaboration. Thank you for your support last year - we hope that next year the impact will be even greater.
