Bookings are now open for our new Mental Health and Wellbeing workshop- 'Come As You Are'
Come As You Are is a free workshop to equip churches to better walk alongside individuals who are struggling with their wellbeing or mental health. Part one helps us think through what we mean by mental health- both from a biblical and a professional perspective- and how we can look after our own wellbeing as we journey with others. Part two looks at practical considerations for churches who are wanting to be more 'mental health friendly' as well as signposting to some Christian charities who are working in this area to open a community wellbeing space.
